Your new role
- Lead a team of Customer Services and Administration Officers
- Ability to manage and resolve queries/complaints
- Manage schedules, coverage, and/or absenteeism
- Monitor and check Salesforces queues and associated KPI's
- Ensure all daily work tasks are completed
- Maintain and develop customer relationships with stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Transactional Administration and Customer Service Experience
- Experience with CISCO/Calabrio technology
- Advanced experience in the Microsoft suite of products
- Knowledge of the waste service industry is desirable
