About the roleThe Customer ServiceTeam Leader will be responsible to assist in providing leadership for all Customer Service functions across South Metro TAFE. This position will assist in the development, managing and mentoring of staff within a complex and mobile administrative operational environment.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in leading and supervising a Customer Service team. You will need well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate with key stakeholders and should have excellent digital skills.
The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude, good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to provide a customer focussed service.
