I am currently partnered with our local government clients who are seeking multiple Administrators and Customer Support Officers for immediate and upcoming temporary assignments, with WFH flexibility.

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Administration and Customer Service Officers to join our local government client. You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to various departments and functions within the council. You will also be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, both in person and over the phone, and handle a range of enquiries and requests.
What you'll need to succeed
- A relevant qualification in business administration, customer service or a related field, or equivalent experience is highly desired.
- Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service roles, preferably in a local government or public sector environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software systems (eg. Sharepoint, Intranet systems, Teams etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- A positive and professional attitude, with a strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
