About the role
We are seeking two additional experienced and reliable administration and Telephone Sales staff member to join our team on a full time basis working Monday-Friday 9.00am-5pm. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and is hungry to constantly evolve, improve and succeed.
You will be working in a small team environment with hardworking and dedicated individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Phone Calls – including following up existing customers to book yearly inspections, answering general enquiries as well as selling/quoting customers over the phone.
- Converting incoming calls to sales
- Following up customer queries in a timely manner
- Be able to multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Data Entry
- General Office Duties
To Be Successful:
- Must have excellent spoken and written English skills - You will be speaking to a diverse range of people.
- Have an empathetic and understanding nature when talking with customers.
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
- Be trustworthy and be able to work unsupervised
- Superior telephone selling and negotiating ability
- Full drivers license
- Previous pest control experience will be a strong advantage but not essential.
