We are a plumbing business based in Brendale specializing in planned and reactive maintenance across South East Queensland. We are currently seeking an administration officer for a full-time position for the day-to-day administration and job scheduling for our plumbers.
About the role
This role will include, but not limited to:
Liaising between or with customers, suppliers and staff.
Daily job scheduling for each plumber.
Preparing reports.
Credit card payments.
General administration duties.
Ad hoc duties as required.
Skills and experience required for the position
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent phone manner.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task.
Xero experience is preferable but not essential.
SimPRO experience is preferable but not essential.
Ability to work both in a team and individually.
Training is provided.
Full time position Monday - Friday.
