Your new company
Your new company is a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation that develops, manufactures, and distributes genomic testing solutions and food safety products. This international organisation is seeking a skilled Administration Manager to join their Australian subsidiary based in the Ipswich Region.
Your new role
As the Administration Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the organisation. The Administration Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and supporting various departments. Duties include:
Plan and oversee daily administrative activities, ensuring efficient operation.
Manage and maintain office equipment, supplies, and facilities
HR administration duties including coordination of employment agreements in concert with the hiring manager/s and the external HR consultants
Administrative support to the senior leadership team
Event and travel coordinator
Maintain and organise company records and documents, both physical and electronic
Handle enquiries and requests from employees and clients.
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven experience in a senior administration role
PA experience (highly regarded)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office management software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools).
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong focus on continuous improvement
Self-motivated, strong capacity to work autonomously
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems
