AddressHunter Premium Produce is a family owned and operated business in Elmore Victoria. Combining over 30 years of farming experience with a passion for producing superior, export quality stock, animal feeds and fibers. Services also include grain cleaning and bulk storage.
We are currently seeking an Administration Manager to join our busy team on a part timer basis 4-5 days per week with a probationary period.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Invoicing/Data Entry
- Customer/Supplier reconciliations
- Payroll
- HR paperwork and procedures
- In house silo reconciliations/data entry
- Inwards/Outwards truck loading documentation
- Audit preparations
- HACCP
- Organic
- Export
- Mass Management
- Customer in house audits
- Customer/Supplier point of contact
- High level of communication with staff
Essential requirements:
- At least 5 years administration experience (Management positions preferred)
- Able to work independently and show confidence and initiative
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be a true team player
- Good understanding of general administration programs
- Experience with Xero accounting package (Not essential but beneficial)
- Be physically fit and energetic
- Driver's license/reliable transport
The roll will suit someone looking for a 4-5 day working week, with flexible working arrangements for the right candidate. Must be willing to commute to our Elmore site if travelling from out of town.
