What this job involves:
JLL is looking for a Administration Manager to join our team at Phoenix Shopping Centre for parental leave cover from February until December 2024. This is a full-time position with standard hours of 8:30-5PM. You will be responsible for lease administration, including setting up leases, invoices, arrears, cash flow management, financial report management, forecasting and budgets.
You will take responsibility in managing the financial and administration processes for Phoenix and Altone Park Shopping Centres to the very highest of professional standards to maximise the net return to the Owner.
You will be responsible for:
- End-to-end management of the centre’s finance operations
- Responsible for lease administration, including lease setup
- Managing the monthly rent roll
- Oversight of Accounts Payable
- Monthly income and expenditure accruals
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Arrears management
- Managing the financial and administration for two different shopping centres and building relationships with the retailers

Employee Specification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial property management experience is required (or a similar role), and knowledge of property financial package MRI is highly desirable but not required.
- Degree in Financial Management/Accounting highly desirable
- CPA qualification is highly desirable
- Excellent computer skills in all Office applications, but strong Excel skills with experience in pivot tables, look ups and multi-dimensional formulas
- Knowledge of the Retail Tenancy Act is desirable.
- Customer service experience is also highly desirable
