Administration & Marketing Assistant

Looking for an assistant with strong organisation, social media & communications skills. An understanding of Microsoft office programs & other administration / digital technologies a must. Applicants should have a passion for media and marketing and an interest in the film, advertising and creative arts industry.

This role requires working closely with the Managing Director and dealing with executive level clients in a relaxed yet professional environment. This role will start out as a casual position that requires full afternoon / early eve & school holiday availability. Ideally,  it will grow into a full time position for the right applicant, with negotiable working arrangements, role promotion and industry perks.
