Administration Assistant (School Hours)
Narellan Pools Mackay is looking for a motivated Administration Assistant to work school hours from 9:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday.
This is a permanent part-time role for 25 hours per week.
The role consists but not limited to the following tasks:
- Answering phones
- Liaising with customers
- Liaising with contractors
- Assisting in sales enquiries
- Bookings for sales team (no cold calling)
- Completing pool certification documentation
- Invoicing and taking payments
- Purchasing stock
- Completing all CRM tasks
- General office duties
The successful applicant will require:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Strong Computer Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suites an advantage
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software an advantage
