Administration Assistant (School Hours)

Narellan Pools Mackay is looking for a motivated Administration Assistant to work school hours from 9:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday. 

This is a permanent part-time role for 25 hours per week.

The role consists but not limited to the following tasks:

• Answering phones
• Liaising with customers
• Liaising with contractors
• Assisting in sales enquiries
• Bookings for sales team (no cold calling)
• Completing pool certification documentation
• Invoicing and taking payments
• Purchasing stock
• Completing all CRM tasks
• General office duties

The successful applicant will require:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Strong Computer Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suites an advantage
• Knowledge of Xero accounting software an advantage
