As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Permanent Part-Time Office Administration Assistant.
Position Overview: We are looking for an Office Administration Assistant to support our office operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a diverse and supportive environment, contributing to the smooth functioning of our office on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
