We are looking for an Executive Assistant & Administration Officer Coordinator to assist the Director and Operations Manager.
This position is part-time/full-time approx. 30-38 hours per week

About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a high level Executive Assistant & Administration Office Coordinator to join the SACHA DRAKE team in our Head Office in Woolloongabba. In this role, you will be the glue that ensures smooth operations of a busy fashion business
Reporting to the Director and the Operations Manager directly supporting the Operations of the business.
The day to day function of the position will vary and will include Assisting the Director with Diary Management, Personal Correspondence, appointments and travel. Assisting the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth administration of a busy on-line / retail/ wholesale business.
About you
As an integral part of the team, you will be a mature minded person, a multi-tasker that can take on big and small jobs alike with a great attitude.
Take direction, is proactive, has strong attention to detail, is willing to learn and wants to work within an exciting and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Diary Management and personal correspondence
- Manage travel arrangements
- Compile and distribute confidential reports and documents.
- Assist the Operations Manager with HR - Contracts, Onboarding staff
- Coordinate and prepare meetings
- Manage office supplies and suppliers
- Organise company events and photo shoots
- Manage and maintain company documents and records
- Ensure the smooth administration of a busy on-line / retail/ wholesale business
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous Business Administration experience.
- HR and Finance background preferred.
- Effective communication skills via phone, email and face to face.
- Exceptional relationship skills.
- Ability and confidence in dealing with all levels of management.
- Problem-solving and organisational skills essential.
- Advanced Microsoft skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work as part of a team, with or without supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Motivated and energetic with a can-do attitude
- Reliable, dependable and trustworthy
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Drivers License and own transport preferable
