Maxima, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their team! Dedicated to ensuring excellence in all that they do with high levels of job satisfaction & quality in the service they provide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality customer service in line with Council’s values, managing correspondence and customer requests related to waste collection. You'll be the front-line support for our stakeholders, handling enquiries via phone, email and sometimes face to face.
- Performing a variety of administrative tasks and provide business support to enhance the efficiency of our Branch. This includes data entry, managing branch email mailboxes, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes.
- Collating, and submitting data for branch reporting and invoicing processes, while also ensuring data integrity and addressing non-routine customer service inquiries.
- Demonstrated experience in administration functions, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Council’s Pathway corporate property system Highly regarded (particularly the customer service module)
- Highly skilled in software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities to achieve timely and accurate outcomes.
- Effective communication skills, capable of liaising constructively with various internal and external stakeholders.
- A keen desire to learn something new!
