This State Government Department is working to support South Australians across all life stages from childhood to adulthood, by providing access to essential integrated services. The department is looking for an Administration Officer based in Adelaide.
Your new role
As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department. You will be supporting the administrative functions of the training team including training reporting, gathering data, maintaining the training calendar and assisting with backlog. You will be working across exciting projects, updating new articles and finding data through systems.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in office support / administration roles
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organisation with the ability to accommodate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Please note: in order to be considered for this role, you will be required to undertake a Working with Children Check.
