ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
CNW Electrical is an Australian owned Electrical Wholesaler. Regarded as the Leading Independent, our people strive to provide the highest level of customer service possible. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administration Assistant to join our CNW FYSHWICK on a full time basis.
We require a determined, fun loving and hardworking person to step into this role at our established Electrical Wholesale Branch.
Your responsibilities will include, yet are not limited to:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Customer Service on the phone and counter.
- Data Entry & Banking.
- All General Administrative duties – Stationary orders, mail out etc.
- Managing and maintaining customer relationships/ expectations.
- Assisting the Manager and other team members where required.
We need a self-motivated and passionate Administrative Assistant who will be able to think on their feet and work autonomously. The successful applicant will ideally have:
- A minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly with the aptitude to learn the product range.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Microsoft Office skills.
- A current Australian driver's license.
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
