In this pivotal role, you will oversee the smooth operations of our office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Your role will be dynamic and diverse, with responsibilities including:
- Providing administrative support with travel, reports, meeting scheduling, and claim reimbursements
- Assisting with AASS services such as sign-ups, contacts, mentoring, and marketing
- Liaising with stakeholders for information requirements
- Scheduling and managing AFO appointments and diaries
- Handling contract and correspondence administration
- Ensuring compliance with KPI timeframes and accuracy
- Managing office tasks including event organization, mail, stationery orders, and supplier coordination
Skills & Experience to Succeed:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Administrative experience with a customer service focus
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to handle competing demands and update stakeholders
- Process management and improvement skills
- Independent work and self-learning capability
- Experience supporting management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation programs
- Team support experience
