We are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking and proactive Administration Assistant to join the Syncro Team.
The position can be either Full-Time or Part-time and may suit those wishing to work school hours. This position is for Maternity Leave, with the possibility of full-time ongoing work.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity working alongside a supportive, close-knit team in a flexible and friendly environment.
Duties include but not limited to, are as follows:
- Scanning and filing of all client documentation
- Work In Progress (WIP) / Job Allocation
- Assisting CEO and Operations Manager with duties, when required
- Accurate Data Entry
- Typing and Formatting of documents
- Liaison with clients and government bodies when required
- Office errands to Post Office,Bank ect.
- Reception
To be successful in this role you will have to have:
- Own motor vehicle is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office (Excel,Word) products
- Knowledfge of XERO Acocunting Software or similar
- Willingness to learn
