We’re looking for a project and admin officer - This is an exciting role for the right person, you’ll assist with the onboarding of new properties to both Discover Daylesford & The Weekend Escape, our sister brand for properties Victoria wide and would suit someone familiar with short term accommodation and/or residential property management
This is a permanent part time role based out of our store in the heart of Daylesford - We can offer a minimum of 15 hours per week over a rotating roster. We will consider a blended work from office and home arrangement for the right candidate after a successful probabtion period of 6 months.

About You
- You are technically proficient, a regular Apple Mac user, experienced in using Google drive including Google docs & Google sheets, Apple Mail and Chrome Internet Browser.
- You are obsessed with first-class stakeholder management and thrive in ensuring a positive experience for anyone and everyone who interacts with you.
- Words that describe you include: organised, energetic, detail-oriented and efficient, you must be able to multi-task and type-talk.
- You have a hospitality orientation, gracious and patient, warm in nature with strong communication skills and proactive in your approach generally.
Your responsibilities (not limited to)
- Respond to guest and/or homeowner enquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face.
- Process and manage bookings on our state of the art property and channel management system (Guesty including backend admin' in Airbnb, booking.com, VRBO etc)
- Participate in the onboarding process of new properties to the accommodation portfolio.
- General administration and service related tasks.
Experience Requirements
- Must have 1+ years experience working in short term rental accommodation industry or realestate.
- Must have existing skills and knowledge in managing properties on AirBnB, Booking.com, VRBO and others.
- Must have a drivers licence and reliable car to travel to different properties as and when required.
