Beaumont People is seeking an experienced Administrator for an exciting part-time opportunity with a local not-for-profit organisation based in Lismore.
- Administration Officer
- Part-time hours - 3 days a week
- Immediate Start | Lismore 2480
- Hybrid work environment option
- Perform various administration tasks as required
- Assisting with writing documents
- Filing and email management
- Making credit card payments
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage database input and updating with a high degree of accuracy
- Other ad hoc administration duties as required
- A passion to work in the Not-for-Profit Sector
- Previous experience working in administrative roles
- Strong computer skills, experience with computerised systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal literacy skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Exceptional efficiency, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work both unsupervised and as a member of a team.
