We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and ambitious Admin/Sales Receptionist who wants to join a highly successful, vibrant & progressive real estate agency.
A friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, well groomed and immaculate self presentation are all essential to secure this exciting opportunity.
This is a full-time position and you will require:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with attention to detail;
- Excellent computer and literacy skills to perform administrative tasks and database management. Experience with programs such as Property Tree and / or Agent Box is an advantage;
- High level organisation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with marketing and social media;
- A professional presentation and approach to liaise with clients and suppliers
- The desire to work in a busy team with opportunities to develop skills;
- Manage sale to settlement process;
- Have a reliable car and Australian driver’s licence

- Due to the high client contact nature of the role, applicants must possess impeccable presentation & communication skills;

Work attributes
- Previous reception/administration experience preferred, but not essential;
- Computer skills;

- Data entry & scanning;
- Initiative & ability to work unsupervised;
- Ability to prioritise & meet deadlines;
- Able to cope with multi-tasking and keep a calm demeanour.

Work hours
