ADMINISTRATION & OFFICE SUPPORT

ST GEORGE & SUTHERLAND SHIRE REGION

We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and ambitious Admin/Sales Receptionist who wants to join a highly successful, vibrant & progressive real estate agency. 

A friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, well groomed and immaculate self presentation are all essential to secure this exciting opportunity. 

This is a full-time position and you will require:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with attention  to detail;
  • Excellent computer and literacy skills to perform administrative tasks and database management.  Experience with programs such as Property Tree and / or Agent Box is an advantage;
  • High level organisation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with marketing and social media;
  • A professional presentation and approach to liaise with clients and suppliers
  • The desire to work in a busy team with opportunities to develop skills;
  • Manage sale to settlement process;
  • Have a reliable car and Australian driver’s licence

Work attributes

  • Previous reception/administration experience preferred, but not essential;
  • Computer skills;
  • An excellent telephone manner;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • A positive "can do" attitude;
  • Data entry & scanning;
  • Initiative & ability to work unsupervised;
  • Ability to prioritise & meet deadlines;
  • Able to cope with multi-tasking and keep a calm demeanour.

Work hours
