The Opportunity
Join our Tax team at BMT in a back-end administration position to support the process of delivering Tax Depreciation reports!
Client Service Officer day-to-day responsibilities:
- Excel in a back-end administration role, working with residential and commercial property data to prepare Tax Depreciation reports.
- Estimate building and asset costs using our methodology and property data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reports.
- Assist clients with questions related to their completed report.
About You
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in working with numbers.
- Comfortable using office software (spreadsheets, emails, databases).
- Quick learner with a desire to develop skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as be a proactive team player to work towards our common goal
Don’t worry, you don’t need to be a Tax Depreciation expert, however, an interest in property is a plus. We provide extensive training to set you up for success, plus regular ongoing development activities to support you in building your career at BMT.
