An excellent opportunity exists for a motivated Legal Receptionist to join our growing Central Coast Team on a full-time basis.
Play a valuable role as the first point of contact for our clientele, and help our organisation run smoothly by contributing to both reception and secretarial duties.

Duties will include:
Reception
- Greeting clients and other visitors to the office.
- Manage and direct incoming calls, take messages, and record call details in a phone log.
- Manage mail, including recording and distributing both incoming and outcoming mail, organising couriers and monitoring tracking.
- Monitor and order office supplies ensuring office is stoked with supplies at all times.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, supplies and office presentation.
- Manage incoming email correspondence and entering details into LEAP.
- Schedule/reschedule appointments and confirm appointments with clients.
Secretarial:
- Support Solicitors as required
- Open and close files, follow archiving process
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and mail
- Manage solicitors' diaries and coordinate meetings (including virtual)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Keen organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
