Ideally positioned opposite Robina Public Hospital, Robina Private Hospital is the first and only private
hospital to locate within the Robina Health Precinct and within close proximity to the precinct’s existing,
extensive public services. Robina Private Hospital is a 90 bed private hospital with three specialist mental
health and rehabilitation wards along with consultancy, outpatient, mental health and day rehabilitation
programs and day surgery services.
We are seeking a self-motivated and organised casual Administration Officer to join our team, assisting with front reception, wards, medical records, and day surgery as required. The successful candidate must be available on Wednesdays and Fridays and available to cover leave in June, September, and December.
Essential criteria:
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Ability to ensure excellence in customer service
- Solutions focused and desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture
Desirable criteria:
- Medical Terminology
- Knowledge of our patient information system – WebPAS.
- Previous experience in a hospital administration role.
- Previous experience in medical rehabilitation

Everyone who joins Robina Private Hospital:
- Must be vaccinated against Covid-19 a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 3 months of commencement date
- Must provide proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
