The Fertility Centre, is the low cost clinic and member of Virtus Health, who is leading the way in fertility services.  The Fertility Centre, Liverpool is a close-knit team, comprising of Fertility Specialists, scientists, nurses and administration.

This part-time position is ready for you, where you'll take on handling -

Liaising with patients, handling front desk and general duties.

As the successful candidate, you'll play a vital part in the overall patient experience, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the first point of contact for our business, providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.

• Embodying Virtus values and culture, building strong connections with our Fertility Specialists to meet their needs at the highest standards.

• Managing front reception, secretarial tasks, and administrative responsibilities.

• Handling cash transactions, invoicing, receipting, and addressing payment-related inquiries.

• Efficiently managing diaries.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Prior experience as a Medical Secretary.

• An inclination for early mornings and a team-oriented mindset.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• A passion for thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

•  Keen attention to detail.

•  Adaptability to various work styles and situations, with a flexible approach.
