We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join the team on a temporary basis to support the Executive Recruitment division. Based in Brisbane CBD and an ASAP start, the role will be running for 3 months initially with possible extension. Working full time hours, the role will be paying $45 plus per hour plus super.
Duties:
Supporting the Consultants in the Executive Recruitment team, typical duties will include:
- Design and produce candidate information packs, proposals, conference invitations, report templates.
- Maintain, design, update materials to keep at the forefront of best practice to provide consistent branding and cohesive look and feel.
- Resume and document formatting.
- Coordinating meetings and interviews.
- Diary management and travel arrangements.
- Support recruitment processes and coordinate police checks/qualification check vetting.
- Assist with scheduling for Panel Interviews.
- Monitor incoming phone calls and emails to prioritise and action where required.
- Drafting routine correspondence for candidates and clients as directed.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and traits:
- Work with a sense of urgency and a competitive drive to achieve tasks within very quick turnaround times.
- Strong proficiency in Word and Excel. Experience in Photoshop or Indesign would be considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to pick up new systems and processes readily.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Positive, "can-do" attitude and desire to succeed.
- Openness to taking direction, on-going training and constructive criticism.
- A keen attention to detail.
- An understanding of recruitment / human resources or previous experience in the recruitment industry is advantageous.
