The Administration Officer, you will provide administrative assistance and support to the school in the provision of quality and rich Christian education experience for marginalised young people. This position requires to work during School holidays, Monday, Thursday & Friday.
This role posiution is located at Carinity Education – Southside, this facility is an independent special assistance girl’s school providing secondary education, vocational training and mentoring for students in Years 7 – 12, many of whom identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. Students are treated with unconditional positive regard at all times. Many of the young women are from backgrounds of trauma, abuse and neglect, and have complex needs.

What do I need for the role of Administration Officer?
- Demonstrated experience in administrative office procedures and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to cultural and social issues which may affect young people.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
Desirable:
- Experience with school-based management systems (TASS or OneSchool)
