We seek a self-motivated and results-driven person to provide high-level administrative support in all aspects of the efficient and timely execution of tasks when asked, observed or preempted. Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide an efficient, effective and quality service to ensure our Participants receive quality support.
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain appropriate communication channels with all key staff and stakeholders both within and external to OnTrack Tasmania
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and enjoyable working environment
- Create and maintain documents and spreadsheets as required
- Develop and maintain administration systems and procedures to ensure accountability in line with organisational policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and current soft copy documentation Monitor register entries
- Participate in team meetings, training, collaborative planning activities and quality assurance activities as directed by your manager
- Handle external or internal communication or management systems
- Allocate trade work and issue work orders to appointed subcontractors in allocated work areaEscalate queries to appropriate senior staff if unable to assist
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes, ensuring services meet professional and industry standards
- Work Health and Safety responsibilities as identified in policies and procedures
