About the Role & Key responsibilities
- Book appropriate travel arrangements for relevant staff
- Provide administrative assistance E.g., diary management, scheduling appointments and management of meeting room allocation - including virtual meeting equipment.
- Coordination of special events & conferences
- Manage contract administration - assisting with renewal and new franchisee documentation.
- Management of emails, files, and records.
- General office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, catering, kitchen management and running errands.
- Franchisee Support
- Help with database enquiries and updates
What we are looking for
- Initiative is a must
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments
- Highly organised with demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suites such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook.
- Attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Able to communicate effectively
- Experience in preparation of agreements and contracts using existing templates
- Interaction with the wider team always on the lookout for how you can help others
- Paralegal experience would be ideal
