The Administration Officer will support the functioning of the Bendigo office including liaison with support staff from MacKillop’s central office and staff from a wide range of government and non-government agencies. The Administration Officer will have oversight of the local integration and alignment of all ‘back office’ requirements and functioning. The Administration Officer will be responsible for compliance requirements in the Bendigo Office and supporting the staff and programs across Loddon and Mallee.
They will be required to respond to communication and queries from community, clients, stakeholders and other MacKillop staff. This is a Full-Time opportunity based in Bendigo, VIC. The position reports to the
Area Manager Loddon Mallee. Key Selection Criteria:To be successful in this role, you will have:A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families. Demonstrated administrative experience and organisational skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst working to tight deadlines.
