Baku Australia is a leading ladies fashion swimwear brand. Selling to over 200+ wholesale accounts worldwide, BAKU also has its own retail stores. We are looking for a strong and dynamic candidate to successfully assist in our Customer Service and Administration at the Company's Homebush West head office.
This is a part time/casual role between 18-24hrs a week (more in busier periods). The role within business hours Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.
This role will suit a multi-tasker as it has wide range of responsibilities. The role consists of administrative computer work involving order entry, invoicing, export documentation, online orders as well as spread sheets. The role is also very much CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented as you will handle all enquires and problems from buyers, sales agents, export, retail managers and the public. You will also liaise internally between the warehouse and production teams.
The ideal candidte needs to have the following attributes:

- You must be a fast learner with a can-do attitude.
- You must make things happen – be a fast thinker and decision maker.
- You must be personable and able to create a good rapport with internal and external parties.
- You must be comfortable working with or without a team around you.
- You must have excellent computer skills including excel knowledge.
- Ideally you have office experience, but generally you just need to have a willingness to learn, be smart, and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. A good attitude is essential!
Shopify, Retail Express and Niche systems experience are highly regarded.
