About the Role
Howards Storage World is a multi-channel retail business with over 30 stores across Australia and an online store. Our belief is that absolutely everything can be organised!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail conscious Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our Ecommerce team, working full time from our Frenchs Forest office in Sydney.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and efficient Customer Service via phone, email and live chat regarding orders, products and general enquiries
- Liaise with our warehouse and courier partners to resolve customer queries promptly
- Data preparation and entry for purchase orders, inventory, sales orders and shipments
- Liaise with vendors regarding inventory availability and claims
- General administrative tasks and support for the Ecommerce team
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in admin / data entry roles
- Experience in customer facing roles / retail Customer Service
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely – both written and verbal
- Attention to detail, accurate data entry and intermediate expertise with Excel
- Reliable and punctual
- Good time management skills and an ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and adaptable to change
