Administration Officer / Receptionist / Front of House
Full time – Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm & Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm
We are currently seeking a confident & savvy admin officer to join our fast paced professional and exciting new office in Subiaco, to be the face of our office and a very important administrative support to our team.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a can-do attitude who is reliable and has a willingness to learn, in return the successful candidate will be offered a safe and fun working environment and the ability to grow and advance within our supportive team.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to;
- Opening & closing the office
- Answering and delegating phone calls
- Assisting callers with general queries
- Incoming/outgoing mail / emails
- Liaising with contractors & owners
- Data entry
Skills required;
- Excellent communication – Polite and professional at all times
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent time management sills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of real-estate would be an advantage
- Previous office and/or administration experience required
- Excellent telephone skills
- Creative mindset
To be successful in this position you will be a dedicated team member with high attention to detail, demonstrate previous administration experience and strong computer skills with good numeracy and literacy skills. Previous experience in Real-Estate would be advantageous but not essential.
