This Role
Administration Officer - Bookings and Scheduling position within the Operations portfolio is integral to the smooth functioning of Quest Coaches. Primarily, this role will assist:
Day to Day administration and office management tasks. You’ll be at the forefront of engaging with our valued clients, effectively communicating on the phone and email. You will be responsible for various email mailboxes and be the primary respondent behind our phone line. Liaising with clients regarding their booking queries and quotes, inputting bookings into the booking software system and making booking amendments. You’ll be a quick learner of computer-based systems, with exceptional attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to identify solutions and recommend processes, both internally and externally. Communicating effectively with staff members, bus drivers and director whom you will report too.
Accounts: Accounts receivable (Invoice and statement processing) and Payroll
Bus industry experience would be beneficial, but this isn’t essential.
The role additionally entails assisting with general office tasks and operations including but not limited to filing, printing driver job sheets, reporting and maintaining records. Your flexibility and agility in assisting with general operational tasks would be highly valued.
