AddressPatient Administration Services are looking for an Administration Officer – Casual to join their QEII Jubilee Hospital, Coopers Plains team. To provide a high standard of administrative support across departments (inclusive of Switchboard, Front Reception, Inpatient Wards, Outpatient areas, Endoscopy Unit, Executive Support roles and Perioperative Services) within Patient Administration Services to support service delivery across QEII Jubilee Hospital.

About the Role
- Provide a high level of administrative support to multidisciplinary teams as required including, but not limited to, word processing, and correspondence.
- Effectively communicate with clients and staff, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Exercise judgement and discretion in undertaking various tasks by being responsible for the quality of work undertaken.
- Manage workload appropriately by prioritising tasks and ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes.
