AddressPrincess Alexandra Hospital, Emergency Department are looking for Casual Administration Officers to join their team. This exciting role will provide and maintain a highly responsive and effective administrative support and customer service function to the 24-hour Emergency Department. Contribute to patient flow by performing a support role to nursing and medical staff in the department.

About the Role
- Perform a support role to medical and nursing staff within the department by assisting with the preparation and completion of a range of administrative duties.
- Attend to presenting patients, family members, general public, police and ambulance by directing to appropriate treatment or assistance.
- Consult with patients to obtain correct details for completion of admissions and record information accurately into the hospital information systems.
- Respond to general reception enquiries for the department by answering all incoming telephone calls and ensuring accurate transfer of messages and information to support patients and staff.
