Overview
We are now accepting applications for the 2024/2025 Casual Pool for Administration Officers at Crystal Brook Hospital.
As the Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing high level of administration support service which contributes to the effective and efficient management of the Administration department of Southern Flinders Health - Crystal Brook.
Duties may include:
- managing the hospital switchboard and reception area
- the creation, storage, retention and disposal of resident records and contribute to the efficient resident management system
- maintaining accurate Data entry into Chiron and Working Systems
- developing and maintaining spreadsheets, create documents using Microsoft Office suit and be proficient in taking and typing of meeting minutes and
- assisting with the Accreditation process as required.
