Premium Recquatic Membership | 12.5% Superannuation | 9-Day Fortnight
This position is classified as a PACS Band 4 ($67,425 – $73,621p.a) under the City of Kwinana’s structured remuneration system.

About the Role
The City of Kwinana has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our City Operations team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Senior Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support to the City Operations team and high-quality customer service internal and external to the organisation.
About You
- Certificate III qualification in Business, Accounting or equivalent demonstrated experience and skills.
- Sound knowledge of purchasing and accounts payable processes.
- Well-developed computer literacy skills including the Microsoft office suite of products.
- Ability to provide the highest quality of customer service.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Provide First Aid Certificate and C Class Drivers licence.
