Overview
We are looking for a reliable, self motivated Administration Officer to provide a quality, accessible administrative service for clients and efficient administrative support function for the staff of Clare Hospital and Health Service.
Duties will include word processing, data entry, record maintenance to State Records Standards, information provision and accounts processing.
Eligibility
Applicants are encouraged to have:
- Highly developed and effective interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal)
- good problem solving skills and prioritisation skills performed with minimal supervision
- ability to maintain confidentiality and be customer focussed and committed to quality client services
