Harvest Trail Services is federally funded and operates with a dedicated focus on connecting workers with employers in harvesting or horticulture jobs across Australia. MADEC provides labour solutions for more than 15,000 harvest workers each year, by posting harvest job vacancies, screening and matching workers, and assisting employers in understanding their obligations when employing workers. We work across eleven regions along the eastern states of Australia including South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and Tasmania. About the Role
Bring your highly developed administration support skills and be the first face people see at our Harvest reception area. Gain valuable experience in a customer-oriented and industry-driven Harvest Trail Services. As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for delivery of a wide range of administrative and office support services to facilitate the timely, efficient and customer focused function.
Provision of administration duties including but not limited to:
Get to know our workers via face-to-face, email and phone contact
Assist the Harvest Office Manager in the day-to-day running of the team
Gather and provide information to workers
Process data entry, including customer registration and creating work entitlement cards
Collate reporting requirements, including induction information
About You
To be successful in this role you will need strong computer skills and be able to multi-task and prioritise in a busy environment.
You will be able to build relationships with a wide range of people seeking harvest work, horticultural growers and internal staff to assist in securing and maintaining harvest jobs. You will have excellent communication skills to confidently deal with local and international workers, and pride yourself on your attention to detail.
A drivers licence and police check are required for this role.
