Summit Cranes is looking to attract a high-level individual to provide administrative support for their growing team and customer base. you will be responsible for providing and managing the clerical and administrative support for our Crane hire and labor hire operations being involved in processing Job orders, work dockets, time sheets, Auditing processes, booking accommodation and flights, on boarding staff and subcontractors and compliance. you will also be required to recruit train and manager administration staff as required.
This admin support role will be expected to:
- Provide project & shutdown support;
- Processing Orders into IWMS;
- Be experienced with Microsoft Office, Adobe and google suites;
- Co-ordinate travel, accommodation & deployment;
- Be point of contact for field staff and clientele;
- Ensure all staff details, licensing & compliance documentation remains current;
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in completion of all tasks;
- Additional adhoc administrative support.
