Palm Lake Care - Caloundra are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Administration Officer to undertake administration support and reception duties, working Monday to Friday.
General duties include:
- Co-ordinating admissions and discharges
- Purchasing Office Stationery.
- Handling mail, couriers and deliveries, correspondence, and documentation
- Reception duties – phone and direct contact
- Invoicing, reconciliations, and order processing
- Meeting management
- Rostering, payroll coordination and personnel file management
- HR files, contract creation and employee onboarding using the system in place.
Your existing skills and attributes will include:
- Exceptional communication and telephone technique
- Must have experience working within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated high-quality, efficient administration skills.
- Must be self-motivated with an ethical approach to your work and can achieve results with accuracy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with the rostering process or managing rosters.
- Outstanding customer service
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times of all company, resident, and employee matters
- Efficient in the use of technology and software, including rostering systems.
- High standard of personal presentation
- You will possess strong attention to detail and demonstrated experience in prioritising tasks, managing processes, and developing solutions to issues.
- You are proficient in using computers, with word processing, database, email, and internet skills.
- Open Driver's License (fuel allowance is payable for work-related travel).
