Job description

  • Base Salary $60000-$65000
  • Part Time 3 Days a week.
  • Lidcombe location with free onsite parking and close to public transport

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, 3 days a week, but on occasion willing to flex up to work extra days. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. You will be responsible for covering Corporate Reception, as well as assisting the Executive Assistance to the CEO and overseeing various administrative tasks, providing support to staff members, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organisation. There may be a requirement to assist on project-based work and to deliver on many exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support of DOOLEYS administration functions.
  • Support the EA to the CEO & Board of Directors.
  • Organising and coordination training, conferences and travel arrangements as required.
  • Assist with preparing reports. Presentations and other documents for the executive and the Board of Directors.
  • Attendance to Executive meetings, strategic planning workshops, Board & Committee Meetings as required.
  • Assist in Corporate reception and be the first point of contact.
  • Coordination the effective and transparent ordering and issuing of all stationary resources for the organisation.
  • Ensuring all purchase orders are accurately prepared, recorded and provided to the relevant Senior Manager in timely manner.
  • Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents as required.
  • Organising and coordinating meetings conferences and travel arrangements as required.
  • Handling and distributing incoming mail, parcels, and deliveries.
  • Coordinating the flow of the information both internally and externally.
  • Effective and accurate electronic and hardcopy file management.
  • Create and update policies, as well as providing training to staff members within the administration team.

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in an office management/ administrative role (highly desirable)
  • Experience in the Microsoft office suites.
  • Background in customer service, hospitality, or administration.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong administration and support skills.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Have the flexibility to work in a full-time capacity from time to time.
  • Be reliable and punctual.
  • Willing to obtain your RSA and RCG prior to employment.
