- Ongoing Part Time (30 hours per week)
As the Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing a confidential medical reception and administrative functions of the Hawker Hospital which results in a quality service to the hospital, Medical Practitioner, clients and visiting health practitioners.
Apart from general reception and administrative duties, you will be responsible for complying with Medical Record Documentation and Data Capture Standards and Client Identification Standards contributing to the accurate collection, collating, entering and filing of data and the accurate maintenance of admissions and discharges. This includes handling of pathology reports, coding of episodes and accurately updating files and maintaining confidential and secure record management storage and retrieval systems for current and non-current files.
Eligibility
Applicants will be expected to have a demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer services skills and be able to relate effectively with all levels of staff and clients, displaying initiative and enthusiasm, meeting predetermined deadlines working both independently and within a team environment.
