The Position
The Administration Officer provides administrative and operational support for the organisation with a wide range of responsibilities ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the RTO. They deliver high-level customer service and administration support throughout the RTO operational team to assist in meeting the overall program objectives and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for the provision of information to both internal and external customers.
- Prioritise and process the accurate completion and submission of all eligibility, enrolment, and assessment evidence into the Student Management Systems.
- Communicate, coordinate, and action all tasks required to deliver education & training programs in accordance with approved course delivery schedules.
- Maintain & update internal databases and spreadsheets to ensure all training sites and classes are provided with accurate and up to date attendance records prior to commencement.
- Gain and maintain knowledge and expertise across all course delivery schedules, internal processes, and relevant contractual requirements.
The Successful Applicant
- Current RTO and Student Management System experience is advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of Moodle / Wisenet, Microsoft Office suite, accurate typing, and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and administration skills that deliver accurate and reliable data entry and administrative support.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build effective relationships.
- Hold a current Driver's Licence.
