Located all throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area as well as the North-Western subrubs, these assignments vary in length as per our clients needs and we offer highly competitive hourly rates.Key skills we are looking for are:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong engagement with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Organisation and time management.
- Demonstrated work history in Administration environments
- Current Australian National Police Clearance no greater that two years old
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
- Managing team inbox, calendars and appointments, responding to team priorities and timeframes
- Researching and responding to general enquiries and analysing documents and data
- Participating in project management work as directed, supporting the delivery of work priorities
- Taking initiative in the collation, preparation and presentation of information
- Maintaining appropriate filing and records management process
- Providing administrative support to mangers as required
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability manage administrative tasks autonomously
- Satisfactory level of technical, functional, and professional skill
- Can maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes
- Previous experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
