Administration Officer

Key areas of responsibility:
- Critical daily admin support for the business operation
- Over the phone, electronic or face to face contact with our clients
- Provide excellence in end-to-end service delivery
- Providing administrative supports throughout our business
- Adhoc admin duties as required
We are looking for someone who can tick the following boxes:
- Self-motivated
- Highly organised and able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc)
- Experience in the healthcare industry (including NDIS) will be highly regarded
- Amazing phone manner
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Great time management skills and driven to meet deadlines
- Great eye for detail
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
- Able to follow instructions
- Appreciation for business processes
