About the role!
Based in Reservoir and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, we are seeking an Administration Officer to effectively and safely support the wider operations team through administrative tasks and duties on a 7 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities include:
- Operational support, including records management and coordinating site activities.
- Replenishment of office & warehouse stationery and other consumables as required.
- Providing administrative support to department leaders.
- Maintaining training registers and coordinating team member training sessions.
- Claims processing.
- General team functions as required.

• Intermediate computer skills.
• Previous experience in a trade environment and associated products (preferred)
