As we continue to expand our operations throughout Australia, we are excited to announce the need for an Administrative / Personal Assistant to join our team operating out of our head office branch in Adelaide. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions essential to our company's growth and success, including providing assistance to the CEO and directors.
Position Overview:
You will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and company directors. Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative and accounting related duties, as well as providing assistance to the CEO and directors in day-to-day tasks. Your proactive approach and organisational skills will be essential in contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Handle general administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, organising meetings, managing correspondence, and overseeing vehicle stock management.
Accounting Tasks: Assist with invoicing, payment reconciling, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Whilst extensive experience is not necessary, previous administration type experience would be a definite advantage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
