ABOUT THE ROLE
The Corrective Services Academy (the Academy) in Bentley, is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) responsible for identifying and delivering Corrective Services' learning and development needs in the areas of foundation training, corporate governance, operational skills and leadership development at individual and organisational levels.
The Administration Officer - Purchasing provides administrative support, advice and assistance within the Business Services team at The Academy. The position undertakes financial functions pertaining to the purchase and payment of prescribed goods and services that support the learning and development outcomes for the Academy, and is responsible for records management, monitoring purchasing and expenditure and other administrative and resource services that help support Academy business continuity in an environment of competing priorities and constant adjustment.
