As a result of our growth and focus on continuing to strengthen the support we provide to our referrers and patients, a Full-Time opportunity is present for a customer-focused Administration Officer – Radiologist Workflow.
This role will provide a range of administrative support services to the broader Radiologist team to ensure they achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner, along with the office management of Imaging Associates’ Support Office.
What will you be doing?
- Provide admin and clerical support services to Radiologists, monitoring work priorities and workflow to ensure delivery of efficient and effective patient focused services.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external calls for Radiologists.
- Monitor and evaluate admin processes, systems, and procedures to improve office efficiency and workflow.
- Manage Support Office facilities. including reception enquiries, deliveries, incoming/outgoing mail, upkeep of office meeting rooms/amenities and stationery/office supplies.
What are we looking for?
To thrive in this new role, you will have:
- Previous administration experience in delivering high quality customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships.
- Ability to demonstrate professional diplomacy and discretion while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to anticipate and proactively meet the professional needs of the Radiologist team.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a process improvement mindset
- Proficiency in in Microsoft Office suite of programs
